Problem/Motivation
The review (side by side) form shows markup. This is important to get awareness on a certain level in that correctness of markup needs to be validated.
However, in this phase, customers usually review linguistic separated from technical aspects. It's a completely different skillset.
Linguists might be bothered with the markup.
Also instead of checking all markup in deep detail, showing the presentation (render it) helps quickly to proof if HTML is messed up or not.
The current situation pushes linguists to proof read language in review, possibly fix HTML if they can.
Then once accepted, all pages need to be visually proofed if rendering is fine.
Also we lack a tool to easily cover this double proofing as once accepted it is accepted / published.
Proposed resolution
Visually display the translation rendered (not necessarily editable // wysiwyg) for proof.
Possibly a button to test render it, either as separate element or even in real context.

miro_dietikerDiscussed this here. Since TMGMT doesn't know about text formats, rendering the format is a big issue.
What we could do however, is adding some button that triggers HTML dropping and displaying the text for reading as a temporary workaround.
Fully unformatted text, but better to read.
Much improvements is possible here once text formats are known.

miro_dietikerWe have WYSIWYG as default now.
Thus closing this issue as duplicate of it

One thing that is missing with visual review is a preview in the original context.
