I have enabled the module, and when I go into the ckeditor settings, I can see the Token Insert button under the "All Buttons" area under the Toolbar section, but it doesn't appear in the Basic, Advanced, or Full section. How can I get this button enabled in ckeditor?

You need to drag the button from the "All buttons" area to the Basic, Advanced, or Full section, just as you would do for any other plugin.
