Hello there!
When I tried to translate the label list I could see the translation if I'm admin, but if I'm anonynous user I can't get the translate text of the label.

¿Somebody know how could I achieve this?

Most of the literals are not currently translatable. I have created a patch with some of the literals to be applied.
