Block config and module config should be stored separately

Problem/Motivation

When editing the block/module config, all values are duplicated.

Proposed resolution

Create another variable and store module and block settings separately.

Remaining tasks

• Create a new variable.


• Rewrite settings forms

User interface changes

User authentication settings will only be shown on the config page not the block settings page.

API changes

Block will have configuration storage independent from module config (allowing for the possibility of multiple instagram blocks).
