Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.There seems to be a problem with extra Block elements added in Profile edit > CSS > block Formats. They are added to the list of elements but displayed without any text.
I have added a quick fix to display the name of the element. Please review it.

The patch wasn't made from the base folder and contains a few added white-spaces and an unused line, so I simplified it to the attached patch. Also transformed the first character to uppercase to match the pre-built formats.
Already committed it to 7.x-2.x, 6.x-2.x and 5.x-2.x. The -dev snapshots will be updated within 12 hours and this will be part of the next releases.
