A new stable release of the navbar module is available. The latest release improves its integration with the Libraries API.
Although not currently mentioned on the project page or in the release notes, the latest release also requires a newer version of the Underscore library, see #2173449: Update project page to point to Underscore >=1.5.0.

hook_requirements()
