This error is produced by get to the review (just after choosing postage) to your cart when you have redeemed a coupon, with the old version 7.1.x-dev It happened.

Were you running the coupon 1.x version and then installed the 2.x code? There is not currently an upgrade path from 1.x to 2.x.

I reopened because I am having the same issue.

I'm using the latest 7.x-2.x-dev code as of today.

I am having this issue as well. I had 1x installed previously, but I uninstalled it before installing 2x. I'm using 7x-2.0-beta2 with the fixed_strict_warning.patch.

I'm the same as @amysragbag previously tried Commerce_Coupon 1 on a development site, but uninstalled prior to using 2. Did anyone get anywhere with this?

*edit* my problem was due to the coupons pane appearing to load twice on the checkout review screen. To resolve I removed the checkbox saying "Include this pane on the Review checkout pane." and reset the view used for coupons to being "None". If people feel this is a separate bug (I wasn't able to reproduce on a clean install) I will do so.
