Transfer ownership of the section module

I've requested taking over the namespace of the section module:

Here is the request in the issue queue and I private messaged portico as well.

I have not heard back from him and considering the state of the module is "Unsupported/Obsolete" and only has 4 installs that are apparently just on a forgotten dev server, this should be safe to reassign.

Please change the ownership of the section project to my account.
