I often find that I wish I could list All modules except core in the main All list.

How about either:
a) provide a tick mark that is by default set: "Show core files", which would filter out those files when unticked (just beside the other tick marks for the existing filters).

or, perhaps separate feature request, but related:

b) Provide pre-checked checkboxes for EACH category, so we can untick and make practical group selections ourselves

Option b sounds more versatile, why not include that 'toggle' functionality for all module groups?

Alternately, what if the Search field accepted the Module Category as an argument? e.g:

Search: * -core

or

Search: media -development

With D10 now out going to putting all the focus on the 4.x version of this
module supporting D9 + D10.

Will keep an on the 7.x-2.x branch for reviews but no active work will
probably happen
