I must confirm this.
With admin_language enabled:
By just a click to edit a view, fields and relationships brake and the message (see above) appears. Unfortunately the message sounds like "we fixed it", but thats wrong. The views are definitely broken.
Some research (see links above) pointed to a language-permission issue and to this module.
Disabling admin_language makes views usable again.
(combined with a lot of work to reconstruct the views fields and relationships).
This module is very useful, like in my case, where the front-end language is too difficult for me to handle technical terms in the back-end.
Any suggestion to fix that issue?

esolitosI would say that this is a major issue! It makes this module unusable with views!

it´s not really sure that this issue is caused by administation language.
This happend to me once even without this module installed.
In cause this message appears:
DO nothing - not saving.
In a new tap, open views-settings -> clear views caches.
For me that brought the missing handlers back.
