Display submit button after multipage buttons on last page

Agreed this should be done. Failed to apply against -dev. Rerolled against latest -dev. Still needs review.

Same as before except I've changed the multipage-button SPAN to a DIV and added form-actions class.

I changed the identifier of the submit buttons from .form-actions to #edit-actions

Looks like I can't get it to pass. Applies fine though. Marked as to not test to change status to Needs Review.

Forgot to change the selector in most recent patch.

I changed line 33 of multipage.js with this code:

$('.form-actions', $form).remove().appendTo($($controls.parent(), $panes.last()));

simply adding ".parent()" to $controls

It seems working!

The 3 year old patch in #19 to multipage.js does not apply to the latest field_group 7.x-1.x-dev and needs a reroll (if still applicable).
