I enabled the aggregator module and added few feeds. After that I added a block provided by the module to front page. After this I removed all the feeds, one by one. But when I removed the third and last feed the site broke. Below is the error I got.

The website has encountered an error. Please try again later.

Drupal\Component\Plugin\Exception\PluginException: The plugin (aggregator_feed_block:1) did not specify an instance class. in Drupal\Component\Plugin\Factory\DefaultFactory::getPluginClass() (line 62 of C:\xampp\htdocs\dr8\core\lib\Drupal\Component\Plugin\Factory\DefaultFactory.php).

Have attached the screenshot.

After this I tried running update.php. It runs successfully, but when I goto frontpage or admin page the same error comes.
I have the site rendered unusable as of now.

I will try the same steps in a new installation and confirm if it happens again.

I can confirm this error. Got a chance to see the installation in person. Will try drush update and update here.
