Problem/Motivation

From #2123263-3: Action link "Write new message" not themed:

nice - this should roll into dev if it's RTBC - it's a nice tweak without pushing people into the theme to do this one thing - of course, people *may* want more control over the icon that is used

Make _bootstrap_colorize_button() and _bootstrap_iconize_button() alterable.
