Certain action links are not given a button style. Maybe add "Write" keyword to _bootstrap_iconize_button giving it a 'plus' icon? A default button style may be nice.

nice - this should roll into dev if it's RTBC - it's a nice tweak without pushing people into the theme to do this one thing - of course, people *may* want more control over the icon that is used
