HELP reports reorganization

One never realizes what HAS been done ... only what REMAINS to be done! It was fun, and a bit challenging, to complete these new tutorials. And I learned a lot about forena which I didn't know/realize before.

Thank you David too for your patience, guidance and refinements to help complete these new tutorials. Consider my tutorials contribution as a way to give back for all the work that David, and some other contributors, completed over the past years to make forena what it is today.

I hope this documentation upgrade will help spreading the word about the amazing module called forena ...

Just committed the missing switches.xml repo, together with some small corrections to the new data guide.

The switches.xml repo is used within the parameter form in the help.toc . After doing so, you'll be able to use the 3 select lists on the parameter form. Use "Show chapter abstract = Yes" in the parameter form to see it at work.

The other small corrections were about some typos, some formatting issues and some missing field definitions that caused some report links to not show up.

To use this fixes in the beta4 version also: just copy the new/updated files to the appropriate forena folders, ie:
- repos/forena_help for the xml files
- repos/reports/help for the frx file

Just committed some similar set of corrections, this time to the development guide.

To use them in the beta4 version also, perform a similar copy of the updated files.
