As it is currently, these tabs show both issues and forum topics where the user has posted a comment (or was the author). When viewing your own profile, you already have a more detailed tab that lists issues, so I see no point in duplicating things.
Now, in my case where I'm following ~2000 issues while only posted only like 10 or 20 posts, it gets really hard to find the topics I posted in when I go to my "Your posts" tab (#2101901: Provide searching/sorting/filtering for the "Posts" and "Your posts" tabs.). If issues were not listed in that tab, at least I could have a chance to see what I was looking for in the first place without having to repeatedly click through the pager links (that require page scrolling too).

klonos...changed project as per @killes@www.drop.org's request here: #1139664-6: List the date the user has last replied/posted in the users' profile/details (instead of the date the post was last updated)

klonos...a somehow related core issue #140363: In user profiles, "Track" tab should be renamed "Activity"

dwwThat's the Drupal core tracker. AFAIK, there's no way to alter its queries. Also, although in your case it's useful to have a "Your Posts without issues" listing, I suspect that's a power-user edge case and the majority of d.o users would be confused why issues aren't included in this list.
