As it is currently, these tabs show both issues and forum topics where the user has posted a comment (or was the author). When viewing your own profile, you already have a more detailed tab that lists issues, so I see no point in duplicating things.

Now, in my case where I'm following ~2000 issues while only posted only like 10 or 20 posts, it gets really hard to find the topics I posted in when I go to my "Your posts" tab (#2101901: Provide searching/sorting/filtering for the "Posts" and "Your posts" tabs.). If issues were not listed in that tab, at least I could have a chance to see what I was looking for in the first place without having to repeatedly click through the pager links (that require page scrolling too).

That's the Drupal core tracker. AFAIK, there's no way to alter its queries. Also, although in your case it's useful to have a "Your Posts without issues" listing, I suspect that's a power-user edge case and the majority of d.o users would be confused why issues aren't included in this list.
