When taxonomy menu is activated and a new vocabulary is made, you get a notice:
Notice: Undefined index: vid in menuperformance_form_taxonomy_form_vocabulary_alter() (line 499 of /sites/all/modules/menuperformance/menuperformance.module)
Nothing bad happens, but it can easily be removed by changing line 499 from:
$default = variable_get(_taxonomy_menu_build_variable('vocab_menu', $form['vid']['#value']), NULL) . ':' . variable_get(_taxonomy_menu_build_variable('vocab_parent', $form['vid']['#value']), NULL);
to
$default = NULL;
if(isset($form['vid']['#value'])) {
$default = variable_get(_taxonomy_menu_build_variable('vocab_menu', $form['vid']['#value']), NULL) . ':' . variable_get(_taxonomy_menu_build_variable('vocab_parent', $form['vid']['#value']), NULL);
}
