Number of redirects in vertical tabs [#2049151]

The number of redirects showed in the vertical tabs is wrong when there are multiple tables of redirects on the node edit page (which is the case when using relation_add fields). In my case, I have 2 redirects, but the vertical tab shows 19. There are 17 other tables showing redirects on the page.

Only the number of redirects shown in the vertical tabs must be counted.

Was a little rash. Last patch shows 1 redirect when there are none. Fixed in this patch.
I also changed .size() to .length, since .size() is now deprecated, see http://api.jquery.com/size/

Rather than using a more specific selector I think it would be better to use the context parameter provided. I've included the change from (deprecated) size() to length from #2 as well.
