Seems like this was the intention of #1778412: Add a "My Mentors" profile field to drupal.org user accounts, but one should be able to add a link from https://drupal.org/profile/profile_my_mentors/webchick to the user account.
People mentored bywebchick
It should be trivial to get more information about the mentor.

ultimikeJust to be clear, we're talking about adding a link from a user's profile page (drupal.org/user/[uid] to the drupal.org/profile/profile_my_mentors/[username] page, correct?
I've been lurking around the various "mentors profile field" issues, and I think this would be a great addition. It would bring us one step closer towards "equalizing" the value (appearance?) of the various types of contributions someone could make to the community (code, documentation, community organization, and mentoring).
UPDATE: this looks like the case I'm thinking of: https://drupal.org/node/1778766

mgiffordI should have included this in the first place:
There should be a link back to the person who is mentoring folks.

avpadernoThe list of people that selected webchick as mentor is now https://www.drupal.org/user/24967/people-mentored. A link to the profile is not necessary anymore.
It's enough to click on the Profile tab to go back to the profile page.
