If a provider has an extra image with a class in the markup, then the ACF will remove the class after a save.

Committed. However we should really not enable ACF now, nothing is improved. One of the most dangerous, the "iframe" tag, is already allowed. Hope CKEditor 4.2 will come with cool features to fix that.
