View Slideshow overlays rest of the page in Safari 5.1.7

The created Slideshow works perfectely on Firefox. Some problems with transitions on Opera and IE, but that's not as important as the problem described in the following:
On Safari 5.1.7 aswell as on iOS 6.1 Safari the slideshow overlays any kind of content after the slideshow - it should create the own space, but uses the space of the following content and simply overlays it.
