This is the third theme by designer Chris Messina (a.k.a. FactoryJoe), who brought us the distinctive style of SpreadFireFox, and the Democratica themes.
This theme is already in use on the Of, By and For web site.
The theme has been released for 4.5, and is also compatible with pre-4.6 CVS. It requires the PHPTemplate theme engine.
As with the SpreadFireFox, my work on this theme was just to update the tpl.php files to get them to work with 4.5 and CVS (pre-4.6).
Here are the previous announcements for the SpreadFireFox and the Democratica themes, and here is the project page for the Lincoln's Revenge theme. A tarball for 4.5. and another for 4.6 should be available shortly (perhaps overnight).

From the name, I thought it
From the name, I thought it might be funky, but it is clean and beautiful, like other themes from Chris. Can't wait to get the tarball for 4.5.
Sorry to raise this here, but was the SFX theme with the patches ever committed to CVS for 4.5?

Thanks very much for
Thanks very much for pointing to this.
Nice. Very nice.
Nice. Very nice.
niceish
promising ... i think the tables and pager need some love. maybe remove the table borders. see http://www.ofbyandfor.org/tracker for an example
It does need a lot of love
This was probably my second CS/Drupal theme, before I knew about all the things I needed to theme. I like to think of my released themes as simply building blocks towards better themes. Meaning that I hope people rip off all my ideas and actually make them look friggin' sweet. :D

Simple yet awesome
The theme is simple and nice, though I find the header color strong, anyway keep going :D
Some margin/padding issues
I've downloaded your theme and intend to use it. But first I had to fix some margin issues in calendar (archive). So these are changes I recommend to include in your next version:
modules.css:
style.css:
As you see I have changed color values to lower case - please do so globally as is more to XHTML and CSS standards (and drop this old upper case HTML formatting ...).
OK, that's all for now.
Leafs in Lincoln's Revenge
What about leafs in this theme (arrows for expanded and collapsed items) like in spread_firefox theme and others? Is there a simple style solution to it?
