Style lists of definitions and action links

Hi.

Thank you for this nice theme.

It seams that this theme does not style lists of definitions (DL elements) and action links (.action-links element) in any way. The lack of these styles make Business a little unsuitable for the administrator's section of the site where there are lots of both DLs and local actions.

The two attached patches add few styles that should be enough to improve the UI, but not enough to break styles of any other element on the page. I hope that you will find these small patches useful.
