Enforce thumbnail size in a View?

I'm using Imagecache to upload images. Then on my full nodes for this content type, my images come out at the right size of 240 px. However, when I use Nodequeue to pull the nodes into a View (which pulls it in as row style of Node), the images come out full-size. You can view the problem by scrolling to the bottom of this page. Any suggestions for how to enforce a certain thumbnail size in a View?
