Around Jun 19-25, 2007 I mailed DriesK to discuss the future of the 'Graphstat' module (http://drupal.org/project/graphstat) with him. But after the first 2 mails (where he basically agreed on me taking over) I didnt receive any additional messages from him. My attempt on Aug 30, 2007 to get in contact remained unanswered. About 3 weeks ago I (again) sent him a message (both using his contact form on d.o. and mailing directly to his mail address), but again no response. The module seems still unmaintained (last commit 12 months ago).

So this is a request to grant me access to the project and/or to transfer ownership.
Unless anyone knows how to contact DriesK ...

I've added you to the projects CVS access (rather than do a full transfer). This means you can now commit to it.

If you do manage to get hold of DriesK then get an issue in the projects queue requesting transfer and have it ack it. Then come back here and prod us again pointing to the issue.

Thanks for continuing maintence.

regards...

Thanks. I'm fine with this. But could you please grant me 'edit' rights for the project node, so that I can modify the project description (for example remove 'note: only works with Drupal HEAD/4.7' etc.)?

I've removed the note for you while you await the ability to edit the project page.

Hek, can't give away such fine grain permissions to a single node. So I just transferred it to you. DriesK is still on the CVS commit list.

Sorry for bothering you again, but there is something wrong with the project permissions ...

Now that you transfered ownership for graphstat to me (and I'm actually listed as the author of the project node) I still cant edit the node as the 'edit' tab is not available for me. I can see the 'cvs access' tab though. Any ideas?

I'm not owner of the 'gallery' project either (kiz_0987 is), but I have 'edit' rights for that project ...
