"Conversion rate" and "converter" may be correct phrases, but they are rarely used. Instead "exchange rate" is much more common. Suggestions:
- conversion > exchange
- conversion rate > exchange rate
- converter > exchange rate provider
- CurrencyConverter (the 'one converter to rule them all' converter) > CurrencyExchangeRateProvider
