Node display settings [#1872170]

As it appears to me I cannot manage the appearence of the Price + Add to Cart Link in the node display settings.

Hiding the Price it does not have any effect.

I would like to habe the option wheather each node is a product at all. I have a node type 'material' and from 100 you can only order 5.

In the new version, both the price field and add to cart link will be fields. This would allow a better integration with the node's display settings, display suite, views, etc.

As for the second question, I don't think this would be possible in the near future. You either have products or not. You might want to reconsider your content types if some nodes are products and some aren't

Clearly the module is heavily in development as HEAD is drastically different to rc1.

Regardless, I did roll a patch that implements hook_field_extra_fields() which exposes pseduo fields to the Node display form.

The patch is rolled from RC1, but is obviously not going to apply to HEAD anymore. Not going to mark as 'Needs review', because it's never going to be committed, but may be of use to other wanting this functionality now.
