Hybrid or grouped exposed filters UI - zero values can be saved but not retrieved

The 6 year old patch does not apply to the latest views 7.x-3.x-dev.

I found next problem related to this bug. I tried to use last dev version of Views with patch #7, exposed filter edited fine now, but it not work. The problem: I have INT column in DB with values (0,1) and I add grouped exposed select filter with two options (=0 and =1) to view, first option doesn't filter values at all. When I change order of options (=1 and =0), second option show me zero records. But, if this filter is not exposed, all looks fine.

Incredible, but after several hours of debugging I fixed this annoying bug! Patch is updated.
