When "admin/structure/nat/sync" is empty redirected wrong url (admin/settings/nat) which is for drupal6. It should be admin/structure/nat. Attaching a patch.

Confirmed. With no NAT settings, the redirect is not to NAT structure.

Only local images are allowed.
