Offering to maintain Flexi Access

On October 10, I posted a question about the maintenance status for the Flexi Access project. At the same time I also sent an email message with the same question to the project's maintainer via the contact tab on his profile page.

Today, more than two weeks have elapsed, and I have not heard anything from the maintainer.

In accordance with the procedures for dealing with unsupported or abandoned projects, I now transfer this issue to the Drupal.org webmasters queue, with an offer to take over maintainership of the project. I believe I've completed all the steps outlined in the procedures.

I am a developer, and I use the project on some of my sites. I've done some required changes in the present code, and posted a patch with these changes. I've also created a sandbox project with a commit of the same changes.

Changed status to "needs review".
