Hello,

I would like to disable or hide the "Posted by" with the little icon please -- both in the teaser and in the full-length posting. I do not see any option in the theme's settings.

How do I accomplish this please?

As i see it, The author information and the date, time, tags etc are controlled by the drupal core and not the theme. You may disable the author information by going to admin/structure/ content types and configuring the visibility fields.

In my case I had "show posted by" turned off when I enabled this theme and the author and time was displayed. I turned it on, saved the content type, and then turned it back off and then the theme recognized the setting and stopped displaying the author and time.

Issue summary: View changes

It's now a setting per content type so below is the way to disable the Posted By field from the content.
Administration >> Structure >> Content type >> Edit >> Display settings
In display settings you just need to uncheck the "Display author and date information" checkbox.
