Views join handlers are broken

The views join handlers are currently broken.

According to #540128: Custom join handler is never included, other handlers included just fine, in the 6.x versions the join handler must be explicitly included as "they aren't truly handlers".

In the 7.x versions, they are truly handlers, but there's still some minor errors that need to be fixed.
