Invalid Argument supplied for foreach()

I have been messing around with the Views_Mail module, and got it working with some assistance from the developer, but I am still getting this warning that seems to be related to fieldgroup. Here's the thread that I created in the Views_Mail http://drupal.org/node/172377

The developer in Views_Mail told me to report it in the fieldgroup.module project to see if you guys can narrow down what this warning mean.
