When you activate the i18n node module the language select on a node creation page isn't limited to the language that the user can access anymore.

Fixed it by putting the code to filter out the languages in a new function and adding it the forms #after_build, overruling the function added there by the i18n node module.

This seems to do the trick.
It also fixes an issue I encountered where the Languages dropdown would be empty if some languages are disabled (since the #options array gets put into 2 groups in translation_form_node_form_alter()). This patch gets rid of this issue.
