Translate This was working perfectly and would reopen page with translated text. It just started to redirect and open into a google translate page (translate.google.com...) which causes lost functionality on my site. Any thoughts on how to correct or what caused the change in action?
Thanks much.

poli CreditAttribution: poli commentedSame behavior for me with version 6.x-1.1. This also disconnects the authenticated user. Damage

aporetics CreditAttribution: aporetics commentedI have the exact same issue, but I think it is with translateth.is's script, because I am not using Drupal.
Console reports:
The connection to ws://85.17.190.170:9011/socket.io/1/websocket/7k0ehDszUhdYsrcWvOW3 was interrupted while the page was loading.
Has anyone made any headway into discovering what the problem is?
EDIT:
This may be the issue:

I'm not sure what's causing this. The link pointed at in #4 also mentioned a possible cause: "They have an automatic system to catch sites that abuse their system. My site was caught on that, but this time was a mistake. They get me a manual override on their system to prevent future redirections."
So not sure why it's happening to you. Let's keep this issue open for a while to see where and why it is happening.

lektum CreditAttribution: lektum commentedThe same for me. But it is strange because sometimes it happens, and sometimes not. Looks unpredictable. Very disturbing. Any solution ?

caesar9171 CreditAttribution: caesar9171 commentedI am having the same issue. I wonder how to check which sites are on the list of the "automatic system" and how to override it.
Any ideas yet?
My site is: u-english.com. As mentioned in post #3, users are logged out of the site when they are redirected.

MrPaulDriver CreditAttribution: MrPaulDriver commentedI am finding the same after applying the fix for External Links module (http://drupal.org/node/871684#comment-3280274)

plainhavoc CreditAttribution: plainhavoc commentedHi all, I'm not sure if this is related exactly, but all the block seems to show is the word "translate" and is linked to http://translateth.is/ No Js dropdown, nothing. Just an external link. Is there something I'm missing?
Here is the site the behavior is happening on. www.plainhavoc.com
Any info would be appreciated.

Simone Parrish CreditAttribution: Simone Parrish commentedChiming in (and following this issue): I manage a portfolio of 18 websites, all in Drupal 7, and we're having this problem across the board. Everywhere we had implemented the Translate functionality, it's now showing this redirect behavior instead of the "Give me a dropdown menu of languages to choose from" behavior we expect.
