Introduce support for color.module so the Deco theme can be recolored on the configuration page. This requires color.module to be patched to allow custom color fields and optional gradients.

I'm actually wondering if it still makes sense to build this. What about integrating with http://drupal.org/project/sweaver in deco 7.x-2.x?
