Rules Action update pathauto URL

Our scenario was a editor had changed a term name used in the path auto tokens and we wanted to re generate the URLs for the nodes using those terms.

One option is to use the bulk update but this runs through all nodes and is to much if only 100 out of 30,000 nodes need updating.

Using rules and VBO we could select the nodes that needed updating but there was no action that would re-generate the URL as pathauto would assume the path was a custom path and not re-generate on a node save.

This patch makes pathauto_taxonomy_term_update_alias() and pathauto_node_update_alias() available to rules as an action. At the moment the operation is just a text field but this could be made a select list - but in most cases this is going to be used as bulk update as insert and update are done on node insert and update anyway.
