For some reason the coupon module is not included in the shop settings in the commerce kickstart menu.

As far as I know, commerce kickstart doesn't include commerce coupon (yet), which version of kickstart are you trying? Normally coupon menu should appear in Admin>Store>Coupons

Kickstart 2.x. I know it is not included yet. However, I installed it manually, and would think that it should admin/commerce/config menu. I am using the Commerce Toolbar also.

No, nothing appears automatically there. Only the items specified in commerce_kickstart_menus.

I just answered to my question, we just have to move the menu item Coupon in the navigation menu.
