Can someone tell me how to achieve this?

Is there a module for it already, or how to make one?

Thanks, I already tried this one but it's not what I meant. It hovers a larger image over or next to the thumbnail.

What I would like is to hover over a textlink and show a thumbnail of what the content looks like, for example a game or flashmovie.

It's kinda like websnapr, but the image can be controlled (and uploaded through create content, menu settings) by the administrator.
