Pager display drop below screen bottom edge

We regularly find that when displaying media thumbnails in admin/content/media, the pager at page bottom is positioned halfway off the page. The top half of each page number is visible, the bottom half is below the screen edge. We've replicated this on anomaly on numerous machines and browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox). Problem goes away after rebooting browser, yet will return at a later point in the session.
