Delete legacy commerce_coupon_log view

The attached patch deletes the commerce_coupon_log view at the end of commerce_coupon_update_7004 when the other coupon_log cleanup occurs.

This avoids errors such as

Missing handler: commerce_coupon_log created field
Missing handler: commerce_coupon_log is_accepted field
Missing handler: commerce_coupon_log created sort
Missing handler: commerce_coupon_log order relationship
