Add a "Add <Content Type> button"

hi,

I am using the CCK 5.x-1.5 but this issue is with the CCK in genral i feel.
What i wnat to know the best way to Add a "Add button" in the form displayed by drupal for the created by CCK.

I feel in case of other node moduels lets say like "event" module i can add mythene_event_XXX funtion and add whatever i want to display in case of forms, what would be the way in case of CCK created content types? and hwree I need to add those? because content types are created by cck through ist admin thing and as far as i have gone through debugging
CCK uses node modules' form fucntion node_prepare_fom or node_content_form for the form disapls for adding the add/edit

May be I am missing something.
