I can't speak for editors. I don't use them. There are multiple editors in the downloads area. They are all 3rd party libraries as Drupal doesn't have a native editor. I'd test them on a test site. I'd also start with the wysiwyg.module which is an api that aids in using multiple libraries which can help a lot with testing.

Almost everytheme in Drupal themes section are using system variables for title tags, meta tags, etc so you can keep focusing on modules that do SEO stuff, such Page Title and Nodewords.

IIRC the theme doesn't matter for SEO. What matter is content, and structure. There are multiple modules to aid with SEO in the downloads area.
