I use Zencoder and S3. I uploaded a test video. It was send to Zencoder, but only the thumbnail was send back. No video was uploaded back or ever referenced to S3 path.
Also I send the video on node submit.

jorrit commentedWhat is the value of the "Upload destination" field in your field settings form?
skein commentedPublic files
When I select Amazon S3 it just gets stuck loading when I submit the node.
jorrit commentedWhat version of the module are you using? Are there any errors in your Drupal error log?
skein commentedI'm using the latest dev version released on the 25th. I get no error messages. It gets the thumbnail back but the video which the module loads is still the WMV. Amazon S3 has the encoded video, but there is nothing that refers to that video.
jorrit commentedCan I take a look at a page where the video should have been displayed? Can I take a look at the administration part of the site?
skein commentedSorry but I can not give the access to the website considering I'm not the official owner.
jorrit commentedCan you reproduce the problem on a test site that I can get access to?
skein commentedI will see what I can do
Comment #9
jorrit commentedSorry, I really need this information to fix this problem. Please reopen this issue if you have the required information.

aasarava commentedHi Jorrit, I'm having a problem with zencoder not updating the node even though the transcoding is successful and files are saved back to S3. It looks like the postback is working fine, but there's a missing moveFile() function in the transcoder class. This is the response that Zencoder gets back from the postback:
Where should the moveFile() function be?
I'm running v 7.x-2.7+25-dev of the video and zencoder api modules, from a couple days ago. And using v.2.11 of the zencoder php library.

jorrit commentedYou downloaded the 7.x-2.x-dev right at a time when it was broken. Please update to the last version, that function has been added. It was left out by mistake when I merged some changes.

aasarava commentedExcellent, thank you!
