I have download the banner ads.
And i have Placed the banner ads folder under Module
admin
|-->Module
|-->ads
and i have configured through admin
but the banner ads in not displayed
you have to follow "all" the directions in the readme.txt and/or the install.txt. I believe there is something that needs to be added to your page.tpl.php and/or template.php. Reread the modules documentation to double check which file.

all three of which are in the downlads area, under modules using the downloads tab at the top of every page on drupal.org.
