The enclosed patch adds language-specific overrides to i18n-ascii.example.txt for swedish (sv-FI and sv-SE).

gregglesI got rid of language specific over-rides because pathauto wasn't respecting them properly. Before this patch goes in, you would need to create a patch that handles the language specific sections so that they respect the locale of the user: http://drupal.org/node/111110
Until then, this provides help to anyone else who needs these transliterations, so thanks very much for providing that!

Freso commentedSince #111110: i18n-ascii.txt does not respect section which this depends on isn't going to be worked on, this won't make it either. Please try the patch in #247758: Use Transliteration module for transliteration with the Transliteration module. If Transliteration doesn't transliterate the Swedish characters properly, I'd suggest filing an issue with the Transliteration project instead.
