Support for URLs with embedded time

It would be great for the module tu support URLs that contains the specific time in video, at which the video should start playing. For example, when you right click on the video playing in YouTube, context menu pop-up, and there you have the option to copy URL of the video with currently time at which the video should start playing when you go to that URL.
