Table commerce_reports_tax does not exist in db after install.

Will try to diagnose more, tomorrow.

Hmm.

I thought this might be because you assume order status = completed, (and my client does not use that status), BUT changing it in the source code does not alter "no results."

I used the code at http://drupal.org/node/1297056 to make a quick report, so I'm passing on further diagnostics for tonight -- will try to find some time for this next week.
