When I click the printable page link on my custom front_page, the page refreshes, put another copy of the theme's header at the bottom of the page and I see this error message:

Page not found
warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/bldotnet/public_html/modules/front/front_page.module:245) in /home/bldotnet/public_html/includes/common.inc on line 141.
