looks good arsart.

I don't speak any russian....and while I prefer a minimalist approach to websites...I liked the design. i appreciate how difficult it is to avoid filling the screen while at the same time allow for swift navigation.

Particularly like the iconised menu on the left - too many drupal sites look too much like a click-fest with text links taking over the screen.

Can i ask you a question? what do you saw on this site instead of russian letters? just only many symbols of "????????" or not? There is win-1251 encoding.

It was a strange problem in 4.4. when head of a site gives wrong encoding instead of utf-8 content(settings were tested for 100 times). And when i switch off caching (!Sic) everything was ok. But when i told this client - "Site is ready", on next morning nobody coludn`t read it:(( even when i told to switch encoding in IE menu. So i had have to decode all site into russian encoding cause all clients of printing house couldn`t read the content.
Strange things... provider said that it was happens on a site-side:(

You were probably experiencing a 4.4.x bug which was fixed in 4.4.2. Note that right now your RSS feeds are broken as they still say encoding="utf-8".

it broken cause win-1251 a not valid for rss sometimes...sometimes:(

handmade with css only:) 2 long gifs - one is for "switch off" second is for "switch on" - than css dancing - look in code for more information
